The “Your testimonials” section shows client reviews, each with its text, the person’s name and an optional detail — their role, their neighbourhood, the type of job.
Getting testimonials
-
Ask right after a job well done
That is when a client is most willing to write two sentences.
-
Ask on WhatsApp
A voice or text message is enough: you can transcribe it afterwards.
-
Ask permission to publish
The name and the testimonial will be visible to everyone.
-
Add it in the editor
Open “Your testimonials”, click “Add”, paste the text, fill in the name.
A specific testimonial convinces more. “He came out on a Sunday for a leak” beats “very good service”.
Avoid Never invent a testimonial. A fabricated review is recognisable — too smooth, too generic — and it destroys the trust it was meant to build.
Until you have a real testimonial, hide the section from “Additional options”. An empty section says more than a missing one.
Worth remembering
- A short, specific review convinces more than a long tribute.
- Ask the customer before publishing their name.
Avoid Inventing reviews. People notice, and it costs more than showing none.
