Your social networks

Your social networks extend your site: visitors see your day-to-day work there, and you stay present between two visits.

The “Your social networks” section shows links to your professional pages. Each entry asks for the network and your page address.

How to add a network

  1. Open “Your social networks”

    In the editor’s left panel.

  2. Click “Add”

    A new item appears.

  3. Choose the network

The “Network” field states which platform it is.

  4. Paste your page’s full address

The one starting with “https://”. Open your page in a browser and copy what is in the address bar.

Check each link after publishing by clicking it from your own site. A link to a page that no longer exists casts doubt on the rest.

Avoid Only link to professional pages that are up to date. An empty page, or one whose last post is a year old, does more harm than good: better not to link it.

If you do not have a professional page yet, hide this section from “Additional options” and come back to it the day you do.

Example https://www.facebook.com/your-page

Worth remembering

  • Paste the full link to the page or profile.
  • Open the link in your browser to check that it works.

Avoid Linking to an account abandoned months ago: better to leave it out.
