Your service areas

Your service areas say where you travel. It is the question every client asks before calling a provider to their home.

The “Your service areas” section lists the districts and neighbourhoods you cover. The field takes one area per line.

How to fill it in

  1. Open “Your service areas”

    In the editor’s left panel.

  2. Write one area per line

Press Enter between each: “Gombe”, “Limete”, “Ngaliema”.

  3. Use the names people actually say

The neighbourhood name as spoken, not the administrative designation.

  4. Add a note if needed

The “Additional note” field is there for conditions: travel charges beyond a zone, different lead times.

List the areas you genuinely cover. Too wide a list earns you calls you will decline — and a poor impression with every refusal.

If you only receive clients at your premises and do not travel, hide this section and put your effort into the address in “Your contact details”.

Example Gombe / Limete / Ngaliema / Bandalungwa

Worth remembering

  • One place per line.
  • Do not announce an area you will not be able to serve.
