Your key figures

Your key figures put a measure on your experience: years in business, jobs completed, clients helped.

The “Your key figures” section shows a few prominent numbers, each with what it represents.

A number is read in a second and remembered. It is often what separates an established professional from someone just starting out.

How to fill it in

  1. Open “Your key figures”

    In the editor’s left panel.

  2. Fill in the “Figure” field

Short: “12”, “250”, “8 years”. This field only takes a few characters.

  3. Fill in “What it represents”

A clear wording: “years of experience”, “projects delivered”.

Round, honest numbers beat suspicious precision. “Over 200” is believed; “217” makes people wonder who is counting.

Avoid Only state figures you could justify. A client who doubts one figure doubts everything else.

If you are starting out and have no figures to show yet, simply hide this section: open “Additional options” and untick “Show this section on the site”. It disappears from the site without losing its content.

Worth remembering

  • Only give figures you could back up.
  • Three or four are enough: years of experience, customers served, jobs delivered.

Avoid Figures rounded up "to look serious".
