My payment is pending or failed

A mobile money payment goes through several stages. Knowing which one failed saves you from paying twice.

Payment is handled by our partner Exceptions Pay, which talks to your mobile operator. No banking data passes through Professionnalisable. Three outcomes are possible, and your payment history shows which one applies.

“Pending” or “In progress”

The operation left for the operator and its answer has not come back yet. That is normal for a few moments, sometimes a few minutes at busy hours. The page updates on its own.

Avoid Do NOT start a second payment meanwhile. If the first one then succeeds, you will have paid twice — recoverable, but only after an exchange with support.

“Failed”

The operator refused the operation. Usual causes: insufficient balance, PIN not entered in time, a number different from the mobile money account one, or the daily ceiling reached. Nothing was charged. You can start a new payment immediately.

“Cancelled”

You left the partner’s page before confirming. Nothing was charged.

If the money left but the subscription stays inactive

This happens when the operator’s confirmation is lost on the way. Do not pay again: write to the Support Centre with the transaction reference received by SMS, the amount and the time. Our team matches the payment and activates the subscription.

Keep your operator’s confirmation SMS until your subscription shows as active. It is the one piece of evidence that settles any dispute in minutes.
