I cannot log in

Almost always it is an email address different from the account one, or a password that needs resetting.

The login page answers “These credentials do not match any account” without saying which of the two fields is wrong: that is deliberate, it stops a stranger from discovering which addresses exist here. To you, sadly, it says very little. Here is the order in which to look.

1. Check the email address

This is by far the most common cause. Many people have two addresses and register with one while thinking of the other. Search your inboxes for the Professionnalisable welcome message: the address that received it is your account address.

  • Watch for spaces added by the phone keyboard at the start or end.
  • Watch for autocorrect, which sometimes turns an address into something else.
  • Capital letters in the address make no difference.

2. Reset the password

If the address is right, look no further: ask for a new password from “Forgotten password?”. The link you receive is valid for a limited time — if it no longer works, ask for another, it is free and harmless.

Avoid If no reset message arrives although you are certain of the address, that is the sign the account is registered under a different one. No email is ever sent to an address the platform does not know.

3. Rule out the browser

A saved, outdated password can be re-inserted at every attempt. Try typing the password by hand, or use a private browsing window.

4. Write to us

If nothing works, open a request at the Support Centre giving the email address you believe you used and the name of your business. Our team finds the account and replies.

From the login page, the footer “Support” link stays available without being logged in.
