Requesting and paying for a session

One form, one summary, one payment. What you enter decides how good the session will be.

You request from your space, under “Guidance”, then “Request guidance”. It takes a few minutes, and everything you pay for is shown before you pay.

What the form asks for

  • The site concerned, if you have several.
  • The mode: remote, or on site where it is open.
  • The topic — images, pricing, publishing… — chosen from a list.
  • A description of your need, in your own words.
  • The language you want to be guided in.
  • Your availability: three possible slots, at least one of them.
  • The city of the appointment, for an on-site session.

Avoid Your slots must start at least two hours after you submit. That is what gives our team time to find a Technician and confirm.

Take care with the description: it makes the session

A precise description lets us pick the right Technician and lets them arrive prepared. “I want to improve my site photos and show my plumbing rates” is worth infinitely more than “help me”.

The summary, then payment

Before you pay, the screen shows the total price, the duration, what is included, the cancellation terms and the session rules. You must accept those rules: it is a condition of payment, not a decorative checkbox.

  1. Confirm and pay

You are taken to our payment partner.

  2. Pay by mobile money

No banking data passes through Professionnalisable.

  3. Come back to your request

Its state moves to “Paid”, then “Looking for a technician”.

If the payment does not go through

  • You cancel on the partner’s page: nothing is charged, and the session is not booked.
  • “Payment failed”: the operator refused — balance, PIN, ceiling. You can restart payment from your request.
  • Without payment within 24 hours, the request expires. You can create a new one.

The price recorded is the one at the moment you create the request. It is frozen: even if our prices change before your session, you pay the one you were shown.
