Your request goes through a series of states, all visible on its tracking screen. Knowing where you are removes most of the worry — and tells you who has to act next: you, the Technician, or our team.
-
You create your request
Site concerned, mode, topic, description, language, and your availability. You accept the session rules.
-
You pay
Within 24 hours, otherwise the request expires on its own. Nothing is committed before that.
-
We look for a Technician
Our team chooses among the Technicians your mode, your language and your slots make available.
-
A Technician accepts
They have a deadline to answer. If they decline, another is asked.
-
We set the appointment
Our team fixes the time and gives you the video link, or the address for an on-site session.
-
The session takes place
You hold the keyboard, the Technician guides. They then declare the session finished.
-
You confirm
You validate that the session took place — or, without an answer from you, it is validated automatically.
The states shown on your request
- “Awaiting payment” — the session is not paid yet.
- “Payment failed” — the operator refused; you can try again.
- “Paid” then “Looking for a technician” — payment arrived, we are searching.
- “Technician proposed” — a Technician has accepted; the appointment is not set yet.
- “Appointment confirmed” — the time and practical details are available.
- “Session in progress” — the Technician has opened the session.
- “To confirm” — it is your turn.
- “Completed” then “Closed” — everything is validated.
- “Dispute in progress” — you reported a problem.
- “Expired”, “Unfulfilled”, “Refund to prepare”, “Cancelled” — see the article on problems.
What always stays on your side
- being available at the confirmed time;
- staying signed in to YOUR account during the session;
- confirming the session, or reporting a problem.
Avoid A Technician must never ask for your password, keep your credentials, or sign in later without you. Report any such request immediately.
Practical details — video link, address — only appear from “Appointment confirmed”. Before that there is nothing to look for: they do not exist yet.
