Confirming your session and reviewing your Technician

After the session you are asked to confirm. It takes ten seconds, and it is what closes the guidance.

When the Technician declares the session finished, your request moves to “To confirm”. It is the only moment in the journey where something is expected from you.

Confirming

A “Confirm the session” button appears on your request. By using it, you acknowledge that the session took place. The request then moves to “Completed”, and the Technician is paid.

If you do nothing

The session is validated automatically after 3 days, counted from the moment the Technician declared it finished. You are not penalised, and the session is taken to have gone well.

Avoid It is also during that window, and only then, that the “Report a problem” button is available. After automatic validation it disappears: if something is wrong, do not let the deadline pass.

Reviewing your Technician

Once the session is recognised as done, you can rate it. The review covers an overall mark from 1 to 5, and five precise points: punctuality, clarity, listening, quality and professionalism. You can add a comment.

  • One review per session.
  • No deadline for writing it.
  • You can correct it for 7 days after writing it; then it is frozen.

It freezes for a simple reason: an average that keeps shifting means nothing any more, neither to Technicians nor to those who read it.

A useful review says what actually moved forward during the hour. “My photos are finally sharp and my rates are online” helps more than a bare five stars.
