My domain or my mailbox is not working

Start with the state shown on your screen: it nearly always tells you whether this is a fault or simply a step in progress.

First of all: open “Domain” in your space and look at the state of your order. Most situations that look like a fault are in fact a normal step that has not finished.

My domain shows nothing

If the state is not “active”, that is expected: the domain is not in service yet. Nothing is broken, and there is nothing for you to do — bringing it into service takes several days and happens without you.

If the state is “active” and the domain still shows you nothing, try this order:

  1. Reload the page

    By pulling the screen down on a phone.

  2. Open a private browsing window

    It ignores the copy your browser keeps in memory.

  3. Try from another network

    Mobile data rather than Wi-Fi: some networks hold the old address in memory for a long time.

  4. Try from another phone

    If the site appears there, it is your device holding the old version, not the domain.

A security warning appears

Just after activation, a browser may still present the old certificate it kept in memory. Reload, or try private browsing. If the warning persists beyond a few hours, report it: that one is for our team.

“www” or without “www”?

Both work. The form without “www” is the reference, and “www” redirects to it automatically. You can give out either.

My old Professionnalisable address

It still works and redirects to your domain. The links you shared before your domain therefore remain valid — there is nothing for you to correct.

My mailbox is not working

  • “Being created”: the mailbox does not exist yet, our team is setting it up. Your login details follow.
  • “Suspended”: a renewal went unpaid. Check your invoices — nothing was deleted, everything resumes on payment.
  • “Active” but you never received your login details: write to the Support Centre.

Avoid We cannot reset your mailbox password from your space: the platform does not hold it. That kind of request always goes through the Support Centre.

What always belongs to the Support Centre

  • changing the address of an already active mailbox;
  • losing or resetting a mailbox password;
  • no longer receiving mail on an active mailbox;
  • a domain order frozen at the same state for several days;
  • ending a domain before its due date.

When you write, give the exact address concerned, the state shown on your screen and the time of your last attempt. Those three almost always settle it without a further exchange.
