You have 3 attempts in total. After a failure, another attempt is possible once at least 3 days have passed — that delay exists so you come back with something new, not to punish you.
Read your corrected paper first
Your corrected paper is available from your space. It carries the explanations, question by question. It is by far the best revision material you will have: it tells you exactly where you went wrong.
Identify which threshold you missed
Two conditions had to be met:
- an overall mark of at least 80%;
- the multiple-choice part alone at least 60%.
If the second was missed, the problem is knowledge of the tool: go through the training again and, above all, walk through your own site asking what each setting is for. If it was the first, the written answers and the audit weighed against you: re-read the modules on running a session.
If your attempts are used up
Write to the Support Centre. There is no automatic reset, but your situation can be looked at — particularly if a technical incident cut an attempt short.
Avoid An attempt started is an attempt used, even if abandoned midway. Do not open one “just to see what it looks like”.
Between attempts, guide a fellow entrepreneur through their site for an hour, free. Nothing prepares you for the scenarios like having lived one.
