A guidance session is not an informal meeting. It is an operation tracked by the platform, from the client’s payment to your payout, and every step has a deadline. Here is the full sequence.
-
The client creates a request
They pick a topic — images, pricing, publishing… — and a mode: remote (60 min) or on site (90 min).
-
They pay
The request must be paid within 24 hours, otherwise it expires on its own. Nothing is offered to you before payment.
-
A proposal reaches you
You receive the mission, with its topic and mode. You have 6 hours to answer.
-
You accept
The mission is assigned to you. If nobody accepts within 48 hours, the client is refunded.
-
The slot is set
Administration fixes the time and tells both parties. You do not set it yourself: that is what prevents overlaps.
-
The session takes place
You start it from your space, you guide, you declare it finished.
-
The client confirms
They validate that the session took place. Without an answer from them, validation is automatic after 3 days.
-
Your commission is recorded
It appears in your earnings, pending at first for the 7 days safety period.
-
You request a payout
Once the amount is available, you ask for it to be transferred to your payout method.
The two windows that stay open afterwards
The client can dispute the session during the confirmation window, that is 3 days: after that, validation is automatic and the report button disappears from their screen. A dispute suspends settlement while it is examined. The review has no deadline at all and blocks nothing — the client can correct it for 7 days, then it freezes.
Avoid Never agree to an arrangement outside the platform, even at the client’s request. An off-platform session is neither tracked, nor paid, nor covered in a dispute — and it exposes you to suspension.
The topic the client picked tells you what they expect. Read it before accepting: that is what separates a useful session from an hour spent looking for something to do.
