Certification opens only to accepted applications. That is a deliberate choice: nobody reads six modules or signs a charter before being selected.
1. The training
Six modules to work through. They are not about the tool’s mechanics — you already know those, having published your own site — but about the guidance method: how to run a session, what to do first, how to leave the client self-sufficient. Reading is declarative: you state that you have been through it.
2. The charter
A commitment to read and accept. It is versioned: the version you accepted is the one that binds you, and it stays available to read. You do not sign what you have not read, hence the order: training first.
3. The official photo
It will appear on your card and your certificate, and will be visible to any client checking your number. A clear head-and-shoulders photo on a plain background. It is kept in a private area and served only by the verification page.
4. The exam
It mixes multiple-choice questions, open questions, scenarios and a site audit. Two thresholds must be cleared:
- the overall mark must reach 80%;
- the multiple-choice part alone must reach 60%.
The second is eliminating: a well-written answer does not make up for not knowing the tool. You have 3 attempts in total, at least 3 days apart.
After the exam
Multiple-choice questions are marked immediately; written answers and the audit are read by an examiner. Your paper therefore sits “under marking” for a while before the verdict. The corrected paper, with explanations, is then available to you.
Validity
Certification lasts 12 months. A reminder reaches you 30 days before it expires.
Sit the exam on a computer or tablet, on a stable connection, and plan to finish in one go: an attempt started is an attempt used.
