Your vehicles

Showing your vehicles reassures: the client sees what they will ride in, or what will carry their goods.

The “Your vehicles” section presents your fleet: model, category, capacity, displayed price, description and photo.

It concerns transport trades — taxi, motorbike taxi, private driver, goods transport — where the vehicle is part of the service.

How to add a vehicle

  1. Open “Your vehicles”

    In the editor’s left panel.

  2. Click “Add”

    A new item appears.

  3. Fill in “Vehicle model”

The name the client will recognise: “Toyota Hiace”, “Sanya motorbike”.

  4. State the “Category” and “Capacity”

“Saloon”, “Minibus”; “4 passengers”, “1.5 tonnes”.

  5. Add the displayed price if you have one

Per trip, per day, per kilometre — say which in the field.

  6. Add the photo

A PNG or JPG file of at most 4 MB, taken at three-quarters, vehicle clean.

Photograph the vehicle outdoors, in daylight, with nobody in front of it. A three-quarter front view shows the size better than a head-on shot.

Avoid Only show vehicles you actually have. A client who chose from a photo and sees something else arrive feels misled, even if the replacement is equivalent.

Worth remembering

  • Give the model, the capacity and the condition of the vehicle.
  • A photo of the real vehicle beats a picture found online.

Avoid Showing a vehicle you no longer have.
