The “Your services” section presents what you offer, each with a title, a description, an optional price, an optional duration and an image.
It is the section visitors consult most after the hero. It must answer one simple question: do you do what I need?
How to add a service
-
Open “Your services”
In the editor’s left panel.
-
Click “Add”
A new item appears with its fields.
-
Write a concrete title
“Electrical installation”, “Leak repair”. The word a client would search for.
-
Describe what the service includes
Two or three lines are enough: what is included, what is not.
-
Add the price if you can
Even approximate: “From $50”. The “Displayed price” field is free text.
-
Add a photo
A PNG or JPG file of at most 4 MB. The image is cropped automatically.
You can reorder services with “Move up” and “Move down”. Put the one you are asked for most at the top.
Describe the service from the client’s point of view, not yours. “Replacing an electrical panel” speaks to them; a standards reference does not.
Avoid Vague titles such as “Other services” or “Miscellaneous” help nobody: the client does not know whether it concerns them, and will not click to find out.
Example Title: "Electrical installation". Description: "Fitting and replacing sockets, switches, lighting and fuse boards."
Worth remembering
- A clear title per service, then what the customer gets.
- Only show a price if you genuinely know it.
- Start with the services you are asked for most.
Avoid Vague titles such as "Other services" or "Miscellaneous": the customer cannot act on them.
