My application is blocked, incomplete or refused

Four different situations, four different next steps. The message on your file tells you which is yours.

An application can stop at four points. None is a judgement on you: they are states, each with a precise next step.

1. You are not eligible yet

The file cannot be submitted, and the screen details every condition with its state. It is almost always the personal site that is missing: completeness below 80%, unpersonalised content, no uploaded image, site not published. Fix what is flagged and submission unlocks on its own.

2. Additions are requested

Your file has been reviewed and something is missing — an unreadable document, an experience too vague. It becomes editable again: fix the point raised and resubmit. This is not a refusal, it is a second reading requested.

3. You withdrew your application

A withdrawal is voluntary and final for that file. You will be able to submit a new one, but not resume that one.

4. Your application was refused

You may apply again after 90 days. That delay is not a punishment: it matches the time it takes for the situation to have genuinely changed — a stronger site, one more experience.

Avoid Do not open a second account to reapply sooner. The check is on the person, the manoeuvre is visible, and it closes the door for good.

If none of these four matches

If your file seems frozen with no message, write to the Support Centre giving the submission date. No review deadline is published, but a file never stays unanswered indefinitely.

The waiting period before reapplying is better spent building: a second published site, for a real business, changes a file more than any letter.
