Your profile is edited from your dashboard. It carries six pieces of information: your name, your trade, your WhatsApp number, your country, your city and the platform’s display language.
Avoid These details belong to YOUR ACCOUNT, not to your site. Changing your name here does not change the name shown on your site: that one is edited in the editor, under “Identity”.

Change what needs changing
The WhatsApp number is checked: it must include its international code.

Save
The message “Profile updated” confirms.
Changing the language
The “Language” field switches the whole platform between French and English: menus, buttons, emails. The change takes effect immediately.
You can also switch temporarily using the FR / EN links at the top of the page, without changing your saved preference.
Your account language does not affect your public site’s language: that one shows the content you entered.
