The “Your before / after” section shows pairs of images: the starting situation, then the result. A caption accompanies each pair.
It suits trades where the result is visible — renovation, cleaning, hairdressing, mechanics, fitting out.
How to build a pair
-
Photograph BEFORE you start
This is the step people forget. Take the photo before touching anything.
-
Photograph afterwards, from the same spot
Same angle, same distance, same height. The comparison is what makes the demonstration.
-
Open “Your before / after”
In the editor’s left panel.
-
Click “Add”
Two slots appear: “Before photo” and “After photo”.
-
Upload both files
PNG or JPG, at most 4 MB each.
-
Write the caption
What was done, and where: “Full refurbishment, living room, Ngaliema”.
Get into the habit of photographing before every job, even when you do not plan to publish. You can never go back.
Avoid Two photos taken from different angles demonstrate nothing: the visitor thinks they are seeing two different places. The same framing is what makes the comparison credible.
Worth remembering
- Take both shots from the same angle and in the same light.
- Ask the customer before publishing their home or their face.
Avoid A "before" and an "after" that plainly do not show the same place.
