Legal notice
Publisher of the platform
Professionnalisable is a digital platform published and operated by Exceptions SAS.
Exceptions SAS is a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) established in Kinshasa-Gombe, République Démocratique du Congo. It is registered under RCCM CD/KNG/RCCM/25-B-05290, ID. Legal nature of Professionnalisable
Professionnalisable is a brand and a service. It is not a company: it has no separate legal personality and no assets of its own. All rights and obligations attached to the service — contracts, invoicing, liability — are those of Exceptions SAS.
This may change. Should Professionnalisable one day become a separate legal entity, this notice would be updated and a new version published.
Purpose of the service
Professionnalisable provides professionals with digital infrastructure allowing them to create, customise, publish and maintain a professional website, without technical skills.
The service includes in particular:
- website templates designed profession by profession
- a content editor and hosting for the published site
- a public address on professionnalisable.com
- optionally, a professional domain name, professional mailboxes and guidance sessions.
The services offered by professionals on their own websites are neither provided, sold nor guaranteed by Exceptions SAS.

Payments are collected through the Exceptions Pay gateway, operated within the same group. Domain names are registered with an accredited registrar, in the name of the professional who orders them.
Platform intellectual property
The Professionnalisable brand, its logo, the service interface, the website templates, the editorial content published by the platform, the graphic elements and the software that runs it are protected and remain the property of Exceptions SAS or its rights holders.
Nothing in this notice transfers any right over those elements. Reproducing, adapting or reusing them outside the normal use of the service requires prior written authorisation.
Content published by users on their own websites is not concerned: it remains theirs. See the terms of use.
User-published content
Websites published through Professionnalisable are composed, filled in and put online by their owners. The information they contain — professional identity, services, prices, texts, photographs, contact details — is supplied by them and is their sole responsibility.
Exceptions SAS does not systematically review that content in advance. It acts when content is reported to it, or when it observes content breaching the terms of use or the law, under the conditions set out in the terms of use.
Liability
Exceptions SAS takes reasonable steps to keep the service available and secure. It does not guarantee uninterrupted availability: interruptions may result from maintenance, a technical incident or a third-party supplier failure.
The applicable liability limitations are set out in the terms of use and in the terms of sale. None of them is intended or able to exclude liability that the law does not allow to be excluded, in particular in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
Reporting content
Any content published through Professionnalisable that appears unlawful, misleading, fraudulent or infringing a third party's rights may be reported.
Reports are sent by email to abus@professionnalisable.com. To be actionable, a report must state the exact address of the website or page concerned, the nature of the problem and, as far as possible, the elements allowing it to be assessed.
A report triggers no automatic measure: each situation is examined, and any measures taken fall under the terms of use.
Governing law
This notice and the service are governed by the law of the République Démocratique du Congo, in particular Ordinance-Law No. 23/010 of 13 March 2023 on the Digital Code and Law No. 20/017 of 25 November 2020 on telecommunications and information and communication technologies.
Exceptions SAS is registered with the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register established by the OHADA Uniform Act on general commercial law.
