Before you come in.
Should I wash my hair first?
No. Shampooing is included in most services, and we prefer to assess your scalp beforehand.
Do you supply the extensions?
Yes, we stock them and charge them separately. You are also welcome to bring your own.
How long does a braid install take?
Between three and five hours depending on size and length. We confirm this when you book.
