How can I check that the land is in order?
We give every buyer a copy of the registration certificate in the company's name and of the land study, before any reservation.
What happens if delivery is late?
The reservation contract sets a contractual date and late-delivery compensation. The grounds for suspension are exhaustively listed.
Can I visit the site?
Yes, on Wednesdays and Saturdays by appointment, with safety equipment provided. It is the best way to judge the real progress.
