The office

Legal certainty and clear explanation of deeds.

Our mission is simple: to make sensitive procedures understandable and legally secure. Every file is handled with independence, neutrality, confidentiality and method.

A notarial deed often commits the assets of a lifetime. We take the time to explain it, line by line, before any signature.

Why choose our office

Security, confidentiality and method.

A notary is neither one party's adviser nor the other's: they are the guarantor of the deed. That is how we work.

01

The deed explained before signing

Every clause is read and commented on in the presence of the parties. Nobody signs a document they have not understood.

02

Strict neutrality

We advise both parties with the same rigour, and point out any obvious imbalance before signing.

03

Original deeds retained

Deeds are archived in a secure place and remain available for consultation. A certified copy can be issued at any time.

Frequently asked questions

How a file proceeds.

How long does a property sale take?
From three to eight weeks, depending on the availability of administrative documents and the verification of titles. We give you a timetable as soon as the file is opened.
Does the notary defend the buyer or the seller?
Neither. The notary is the guarantor of the deed and advises both parties with the same rigour. That is what underpins the security of authentication.
Can I obtain a copy of an old deed?
Yes, if you are a party to the deed or a beneficiary. Original deeds are retained for thirty years and a certified copy is issued within 48 hours.
