Do you really provide a helmet?
Yes, systematically and at no extra charge. A rider who does not offer a helmet should be reported to the coordinator.
What happens when it rains?
Rides continue as long as visibility allows, with a surcharge of 1,000 FC. In a storm, we suspend for safety.
Can I pay by mobile money?
Yes, mobile payment is accepted by all our riders, as well as cash.
