Bâtir Prestige is a construction company based in Kinshasa. Our organisation rests on three things: a site manager who is present, a posted schedule and monthly progress statements the client can check.
We work from earthworks to finishes, as general contractor or on separate lots, for private clients as well as professional project owners.

Monthly invoicing on recorded progress, with measurements in support. Nothing is invoiced before it is done.

Helmets, boots and harnesses provided to everyone. A poorly protected site ends up costing more than it earns.

Before starting a site.
Is the quote charged?
No. After a technical visit on site, we draw up an itemised quote within ten days, at no cost and without obligation.
Do you work without an architect?
Yes for renovation. For new construction, architect's plans are required: we can refer you to colleagues.
What does the guarantee cover?
Twelve months of defects liability after handover: any defective work reported during this period is redone at our expense.
