No. We provide advisory work, upstream: audit, drafting, compliance and training. For representation before the courts, we refer you to a member of the bar.
Do you work with small organisations?
Yes. The $250 initial diagnosis is designed precisely so that a small organisation knows where it stands without committing to a full audit budget.
What does a compliance audit contain?
A review of the articles of association, registers, contracts, tax and social obligations, followed by a compliance plan ranked by level of risk.
