Atelier Kanda designs houses, offices and interior fit-outs conceived for the climate, the uses and the real budget of their occupants. We always start by listening to how you live, before drawing anything at all.
Every project has a costed preliminary design before the final plans are drawn up. You know what your house will cost before you start building it.

A budget from the sketch
The preliminary design comes with an estimate. We do not draw what you will not be able to build.
Buildable plans
Our files contain the technical details the contractor needs. An incomplete plan is paid for in defective work.

Before entrusting us with a project.
Do I need to own the land already?
It is preferable: orientation, slope and access shape the design. We can, however, help you assess a plot before purchase.
Do you handle the building permit?
Yes, the application file is included in the full commission, from preparation to submission and follow-up with the relevant departments.
Do you work with imposed contractors?
No. We help you compare the bids and we check the execution, but the choice of contractor is yours.
